If remote support is suitable, we create the Syncro ticket and send the payment link.

Pay by Stripe

The first hour is paid upfront through Stripe: $250 AUD ex GST / $275 AUD inc GST.

Timer starts

The timer starts only when the technician starts the job after payment is confirmed.

Remote support

We connect, diagnose, repair where possible, and keep notes inside the Syncro ticket.

Extra time

Anything over the prepaid hour is calculated hourly and may be charged to the authorised Stripe payment method.
